Qualifications

• Associates degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience in Customer Service.
• Two years of experience in a customer service setting.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Access software.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns with professionalism.
• Document guest requests and issues while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Serve as front-line liaison between hospital staff and patients to expedite resolutions.
• Collaborate with executives, managers and departments to improve patient satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze data to report on patient experience and service trends.
• Support committees addressing patient survey issues and client service results.
