Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Representative to deliver a warm, professional patient experience from inquiry through discharge. You will coordinate with clinicians, manage scheduling, billing inquiries, and portal setup while upholding HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and comfort working in a busy clinical environment with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a medical setting.
• Flexible schedules including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Strong communication and patient-service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, friendly, and compassionate customer service at each interaction including phone, email, and in-person.
• Educate and enforce Leaps code of conduct, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance amongst customers.
• Serve as the liaison between patients and clinicians, ensuring clinicians have everything they need for productive sessions.
• Promote Company events and secure participation from all who enter Leaps.
• Enroll and educate patients on Raintree Portal and ensure usage of functions including payments and scheduling.
