Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in front office, patient access, or healthcare customer service.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and standard office software; psychiatric EHRs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in with demographic and insurance verification.
• Handle appointment reminders, calls, and scheduling for follow-ups.
• Collect co-pays and payments at the time of service; manage faxes and messages.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR and support chart audits.
• Cross-train in select clinical tasks to assist when needed.
