The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm on-site. Base hourly pay ranges from $15.81 to $24.92, with benefits and a culture focused on care and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in frontline customer service or guest relations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, escort, answer phone, direct calls to appropriate area with excellent guest relations.
• Maintain waiting room and reception areas; manage light office duties and equipment knowledge.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance, pre-certification and referrals; process copays and prepare billing documents.
• Handle patient check-in/out, scheduling, and no-show management; use IDX/GE, PCS, Cerner systems.
• Prepare patients for examinations when needed and assist with basic documentation.
