Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the front desk experience.
• Answer calls, emails, and texts quickly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments; keep calendars full.
• Verify insurance and explain benefits to patients.
• Collect payments and explain treatment costs clearly.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and check-out desk.
• Support marketing and gather patient reviews and referrals.
• Collaborate with Office Manager and clinical team to stay on schedule.
