You will educate patients on copayments, promote MyUPMC portal usage, verify insurance benefits, and triage calls to clinical staff, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Welcomes patients upon arrival and provides friendly, professional assistance.
• Explains copayments and financial obligations to patients.
• Collects payments at the point of service and updates registration information.

Responsibilities
