Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Answer and direct incoming calls.
• Take and relay accurate patient messages to care teams.
• Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with care team to improve patient care and service.
• Register patients per protocol and manage work queues.
• Assist patients in completing forms and documentation.
• Verify and collect accurate billing information.
• Maintain patient correspondence and follow-up communications.
• Handle cash and reconcile cash drawer.
• Ensure reception area, files and front desk are organized.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
