• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join our team as a Patient Services Representative to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and scheduling.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect payments including copays.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and insurance/billing information.
• Communicate with clinic teams and central support regarding appointments and follow-ups.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with the clinic team.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy standards.
