BrightView Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, creating a warm, welcoming in-clinic experience and guiding visitors through check-in and billing steps.

The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and ability to collaborate with clinic teams. You will handle scheduling, intake, insurance information, and payments while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle payments and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and issues.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect copays and other payments.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts including insurance and billing.
