Qualifications

• 1+ year in a call center or customer service environment.
• Accurate data entry and documentation in systems.
• Ability to follow workflows, scripts and greetings.
• Strong English communication and patient/customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve consumer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Adhere to workflows, scripting, and greetings for accurate data.
• Assess department schedules to optimize resource use.
• Initiate insurance eligibility at scheduling for timely auth.
