Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of medical reception tasks and clinic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors, determines the nature of their visit and provides accurate information.
• Verifies patient identity, retrieves and processes current patient insurance information and checks for exam authorization.
• Prepares, processes, and maintains confidential records for new and existing patients.
• Handles check-in, scheduling, and billing processes with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintains a clean, organized front desk and supports team with administrative tasks.
