Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance information and collect signatures for forms.
• Collect and log patient co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments and notify staff.
• Provide orientation on preparatory and safety protocols.
