Midwest Physicians Administrative Services, LLC dba Duly Health and Care in Oak Lawn is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide friendly, professional front-desk support and ensure smooth patient access. The role involves greeting and checking in patients, scheduling, co-pay collection, and accurate data entry in the EPIC system.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of medical office experience, strong communication, and attention to confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical office or front desk experience preferred.
• Prior receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and handle check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Answer phones, route inquiries, collect co-pays and receipts.
• Verify insurance, update demographics in EPIC, and respond to emails.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and support access.
• Assist with referrals and follow-up scheduling; track workflows.
• Monitor wait times and communicate delays with empathy.
• Participate in daily team huddles and review performance dashboards.
• Perform additional duties to support department goals.
