S2S Functional Performance is seeking a Patient Client Care Coordinator to manage front desk operations, scheduling, and patient intake with a focus on delivering the S2S Experience. The role requires hospitality-minded individuals who can multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating therapy sessions, handling insurance communications, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of therapists, fitness professionals, and students in a lively clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency and solid organizational skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team is important.

Responsibilities

• Management of dual scheduling of services including physical therapy, all fitness sessions, and professional consulting.
• Carry out intake procedures per business office guidelines including transferring patient demographic information into electronic schedulers and database.
• Completion of appropriate Intake Forms and waivers.
• Communicating insurance eligibility and benefits or self pay status to patients.
• Securing payment authorizations on payment authorization form, etc.
