Spine Solutions, Inc. (S2) seeks a licensed or license‑eligible Multi‑Site Physical Therapist to support Albuquerque and Santa Fe clinics.

The full‑time role follows a consistent 3‑day Albuquerque and 2‑day Santa Fe schedule, with a focus on helping patients recover from musculoskeletal and workplace injuries. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain New Mexico license before starting.
• Strong communication and clinical‑reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services at Albuquerque 3 days/week and Santa Fe 2 days/week.
• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.

• Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education.
• Help patients progress toward safe and sustainable return‑to‑work goals.
• Collaborate with therapists and care team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support patients throughout recovery.
• Gain experience in work conditioning, functional movement, injury prevention, and return‑to‑work planning.

Spine Solutions, Inc. (S2) is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Multi-Site Physical Therapist to support our Albuquerque and Santa Fe clinics. This full-time position follows a consistent weekly schedule, with three days in Albuquerque and two days in Santa Fe.

You will help patients recovering from musculoskeletal and workplace injuries regain their strength, function, confidence, and independence.

Experience in workers’ compensation is welcome but not required. If you come from outpatient orthopedics or are newer to this specialty, we will provide paid, hands‑on training and ongoing mentorship.
