Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: 1 year front desk experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies and translation services, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
