Responsibilities

• Greet and check in research subjects and inform study team of subject arrival.
• Schedule appointments, check-out processes, and arrange transportation for subjects.
• Input routine subject data and perform general administrative tasks.
• Support daily study schedule to ensure physicians and staff are available for visits.
• Maintain regular communication with clinical and research teams for smooth operations.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
