Job summary

Retina Consultants of Texas is seeking a Research Patient Coordinator to enhance the patient experience by coordinating transportation and greeting patients at arrival across multiple clinics. You will support research-related tasks and report to the Spurs Lane Clinic, with schedules aligning to provider clinic and surgery timelines.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma and medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in subjects across multiple platforms.
• Verify demographics and update profiles in PM systems.
• Complete appointment reminder calls to subjects.
• Create and arrange transportation for research subjects.
• Coordinate Superbills and eligibility info across platforms.
• Order lunch, supplies, and other items as needed.
• Assist Research with chart organization and scheduling as needed.
• Assist Coordinators as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
