Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to support administrative operations and coordinate services to patients and families within the Pulmonary team. The role emphasizes delivering excellent patient encounters and smooth flow of daily operations.
Responsibilities include managing patient encounters, greeting patients, coordinating with clinicians, triaging calls, and performing routine clerical tasks to ensure the highest quality care and patient satisfaction.
Our pulmonary team consists of a broad range of clinicians who are trained in treating children with pulmonary disorders, including pediatric pulmonologists, pulmonary nurses, nurse practitioners, fellows, respiratory and physical therapists, nutritionists, and social workers. All of these experts work collaboratively to care for the needs of each patient and ensure their physical and emotional well-being. As a Patient Experience Representative you will work to provide support to the administrative operations and ensure the best possible patient experience by effectively coordinating services to patients and families.
This role is eligible for a $2,000 sign on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates).
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
