Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for patient, family, and visitor concerns.
• Investigate and evaluate concerns with clinical/administrative staff.
• Determine if concerns can be resolved at the point of service and facilitate resolutions.
• Conduct impartial reviews of complaints and grievances per policy and regulations.
• Document investigations and actions taken; prepare records and reports.
