Piedmont Clinic in Georgia seeks a seasoned Quality and Safety leader to drive performance improvement initiatives, coach staff, and advance patient safety culture.
You will collaborate with hospital leadership, guide Lean methodologies, oversee ISO compliance, accreditation surveys, and regulatory investigations, and promote reliable, patient-centered care across the system.
Serves as the central point of contact and facility liaison for Quality and Safety initiatives and the Safety Coach Program for the hospital. Facilitates communications between the hospital and PHC Quality and Safety. Represents Quality in hospital operational and quality meetings, safety huddles, accreditation surveys, regulatory investigations and for ISO Compliance. Responsible for leading and driving safety and quality performance improvement initiatives to address trends and deficiencies as identified by the Surveillance and Analysis team and set by PHC QSS. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement through use of Lean methodology, coaching, tools, data analysis, reliability, sustainability and spread. Manages and supports a portfolio of strategic projects using the PHC performance improvement model. Ensures all performance improvement activities are in compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies. Responsible for developing the practices and innovations that emphasize consistent delivery of patient centered care, while transforming patient access, choice, and experience for Piedmont Healthcare. Collaborates with leadership to set strategic direction for delivering a consistent and exceptional patient experience throughout the organization. Consults, coaches, mentors, and educates staff to effectively drive staff adoption of organizational values, and behaviors of the Patient Experience program.
