Job summary

Piedmont Clinic is seeking a Senior Performance Improvement Lead to drive system-wide improvement initiatives across the organization in Georgia. You will partner with clinical leaders, administrators, and frontline staff to scope projects, build plans, and implement interventions that improve safety and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes process improvement, Kaizen leadership, and strong project management, requiring 4 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 4 years PM or PI experience with Bachelor’s; 3 years with Master’s; 4 years clinical experience plus PM/PI.
• Previous experience leading process improvement projects or Kaizen events required.
• Exceptional organizational skills required.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills preferred.

• Owns a portfolio of system-wide performance improvement projects.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders, senior admins, and frontline staff to implement interventions.
• Ensures timely execution and attainment of performance targets.
