Job summary

The Confederated Tribes Of The Colville Reservation's Colville Tribe Health Care Authority seeks a Quality, Compliance & Patient Experience Coordinator to support patient advocacy, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and performance initiatives at the San Poil Treatment Center.

This on-site role collaborates with leadership, clinical staff, and support departments to ensure safety, rights, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or four years of progressively responsible healthcare quality-related experience
• Experience with policy and procedures development
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends requiring corrective action
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of tribal sovereignty and culturally responsive healthcare services
• Experience with electronic health records and quality reporting systems
• HIPAA certificate within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient complaints, grievances, and patient satisfaction activities.
• Ensure compliance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and ASAM standards, tribal policies, funding requirements, and quality improvement goals.
• Represent SPTC on organization-wide Quality Improvement and Compliance Committees.
• Collaborate with leadership, clinical staff, and support departments to maintain patient rights and quality standards.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and liaison between facility operations and authority-wide quality initiatives.
