Job summary

Providence is seeking a Program Manager of Patient Experience to oversee patient experience programming, coordinate initiatives, and lead hospital-wide efforts in collaboration with leaders, physicians, and frontline staff.

You will develop action plans from bi-annual assessments, coach teams at the unit and hospital level, and align with enterprise strategies to enhance patient-centered care across Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital and Providence Holy Family Hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health admin, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience as a project manager or program coordinator in a healthcare setting.
• 3 years of experience with data interpretation.
• 3 years of experience with small group facilitation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient experience programming and initiatives.
• Coordinate with leaders, physicians, and frontline staff.
• Develop hospital-level action plans from bi-annual assessments.
• Monitor progress and coach for success at unit and hospital levels.
• Align patient experience efforts with enterprise and local strategies.
