Job summary

Adventist Health seeks a Systems Patient Experience Program Manager to oversee the patient experience program across the system. You will partner with market leaders to implement best practices, coach leadership, and drive regional improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong project management, change leadership, and the ability to interpret survey results and CMS CAHPS data to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN licensure often required or preferred.
• MSN/CNS/NP degrees preferred for leadership in patient experience.
• RN experience and clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with patient experience programs and CAHPS processes is advantageous.
• Certification in patient experience preferred within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage the patient experience program for the Adventist Health system.
• Collaborate with market leaders to develop and implement programs and processes.
• Lead committees and assign strategic action plans for improvement.
• Coach leaders, physicians, and staff in best practices for patient and family experience.
• Analyze performance metrics and present findings to leadership.
