Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Texarkana is seeking a Program Manager of Patient Experience to lead initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and care delivery. You will analyze patient engagement surveys and partner with directors, managers and frontline staff to drive behavior change, process improvements and environment changes across the hospital.

The role does not have direct reports but requires strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills to deliver measurable improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3 years of education, customer service, or process improvement experience required.
• Experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams to improve processes is desirable.
• Experience in healthcare setting required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall hospital program to achieve excellent patient experience; analyzes surveys and works with leadership to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborates with departments to implement initiatives to improve patient experience via behavior change, process improvements, or environmental factors.
• Accountable for measurable improvements in patient experience satisfaction and attainment of CHRISTUS targets.
• Provides education to staff on service recovery and customer service.
• Leads and participates in multi-disciplinary teams managing patient experience initiatives.
• Demonstrates organizational agility to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Facilitates patient experience with hospital and unit-level action plans.
• Presents to audiences from frontline education to hospital leadership.
