Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital seeks a Manager of Patient Experience to lead engagement initiatives, projects, and programs across the region. You will partner with clinical leaders, manage budgets, and coach a team to deliver patient-first services within NM’s strategic framework.

The role reports to the Director of Patient Experience and collaborates with senior leadership to drive patient engagement and program effectiveness, while ensuring alignment with NM’s values and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in the patient experience field.
• Demonstrated management competency & experience.
• Experience working within a clinical environment.
• Experience managing professional teams.
• Proficiency with database, presentation, and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement engagement initiatives and projects.
• Partner with key departments to execute initiatives and programs.
• Meet client and organizational strategic objectives simultaneously.
• Secure interdepartmental support and other resources for initiatives.
• Analyze data to present findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and collaborate with senior leadership to define engagement plans.
• Develop staff and coach team members; manage performance.
