Job summary

Clinica Romero is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for the Front Office to greet patients, answer questions, and direct them to the correct departments. You will manage calls, messages, and patient communications, supporting enrollment and reminders while maintaining confidentiality.

Work closely with multiple teams to provide friendly, efficient service and help improve patient experience in a busy clinic environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; medical office experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm; MS Excel and EPIC experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work without close supervision.
• Team player with attention to detail in a busy clinic environment.
• Call center or outreach experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Answer calls, take messages, transfer calls, and provide information.
• Manage written campaigns or texts for target populations and MyChart portal.
• Translate for patients when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support outreach and engagement initiatives with community events.
