Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Manager, Patient Experience to lead the Patient Services operations at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake. The role ensures patient and staff satisfaction, safety, and adherence to HACCP guidelines within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years supervisory/management experience in healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two years healthcare Clinical Nutrition experience (preferred).
• Food Protection Management Certification (ServeSafe, NRFSP, Always Food Safe, etc.) required.
• Registered Dietician (RD) or Licensed Dietician (LD) preferred, or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Patient Services and ensure safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Manage patient tray delivery system operations and efficiency.
• Coordinate daily floor stock delivery and monitor costs with reports.
• Lead quality control and performance improvement programs for Food and Nutrition Services.
• Hire, train, coach, and counsel staff per HR policies.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Act as on-site administrator for the Patient Computer system and liaison with IT&S.
• Promote patient interactions and service recovery to enhance patient experience.
• Coordinate staff development, training, and leadership seminars.
