• Experience in operations support or project management in hospitality, events, facilities or service-driven environments.
• Prior experience coordinating internal events, staff celebrations or engagement initiatives.
• Ability to problem-solve on-site and maintain accountability in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible presence on the floor with predominately hands-on responsibilities.
• Support a consistently positive experience for patients, families, staff and visitors.
• Coordinate internal events, staff celebrations and facility moments.
• Oversee logistics with vendors, meals, setup, breakdown and supplies.
• Act as a trusted on-site resource for day-to-day decisions and escalation when needed.
• Ensure the facility environment aligns with brand values and standards.
