Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Extends a professional welcome to all patients and visitors, assists with paperwork and check-in.
• Answers general patient inquiries and directs to appropriate departments.
• Provides information on services, wait times, and processes; escalates urgent concerns.
• Maintains accurate patient records in the EMR and protects confidentiality.
• Answers incoming calls and supports staff to ensure a smooth registration and experience.
