Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of customer service in healthcare or hospitality.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration and patient service recovery.

Responsibilities

• Improve patient experience during every encounter by anticipating needs and guiding the care journey.
• Lead real-time service recovery for delays or dissatisfaction in collaboration with leadership and clinical teams.
• Assist and support patients through the grievance process to reach a mutually agreeable solution.
• Coach staff in patient-centered communication and deescalation techniques.
• Promote digital engagement and self-service tools like MyChart and kiosks.
