• Provide information on patients' rights and offer emotional support as needed.
• Identify potential quality or risk issues and refer to Quality and Risk Management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve patient/family concerns promptly.
• Adapt to patients' age, language, and accessibility needs.
