Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a hospital/health care setting or similar customer service environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory level experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as knowledge and resource leader for Guest Services employees.
• Assist with supervision of daily activities of the Patient Representatives, Information Receptionists and Patient Ambassador.
• Participate in training, staff evaluations and scheduling.
• Provide information regarding hospital services, policies and procedures to department staff, patients and families.
• Provide emotional support to families in times of patient crisis.
