Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visits and next appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance and translation companies, and leadership teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and handle insurance verifications.
