Job summary

Qualifications

• Post high school office procedures preferred.
• Minimum one year clerical/receptionist experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Degree or relevant certificate may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones and direct calls, assist patients and families.
• Schedule appointments, registration, charge entry, payment posting and basic office tasks.
