Job summary

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork
• Update patient demographics/information in system
• Collect balances due and document in the billing system
• Handle funds per office procedure
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Assist with chart prep and other business office duties
• Coordinate scheduling for procedures and anesthesia coverage
• May float to other locations for staff coverage
