Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and documentation.
• Maintain patient records and keep front office organized.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Answer phones, scan documents, schedule patients, and process payments.
• Liaise between patients, staff and departments; support process improvements.
• Daily equipment cleaning and upkeep of therapy areas.
