Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with EMR/Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: greet patients and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Patient and Business Documentation: maintain confidentiality and organize documents.
• Insurance Verification: verify benefits and explain policies to patients.
• Financial Responsibility: collect payments and explain costs to patients.
• Collaborative Support: assist clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance: adhere to HIPAA and OSHA requirements in all processes.
• Administrative Duties: perform routine front-desk tasks and operate office equipment.
• Quality Assurance: support QA programs and track patient results.
• Travel Requirement: may travel to other UH Urgent Care locations as needed.
