Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Cedar Rapids to support front office operations and patient experiences. You’ll complete a four‑week training program to succeed in the role, report to the Manager, and help create lasting impressions and trust with patients.

You’ll schedule appointments, verify insurance and payments, balance deposits, and perform daily front office duties with a focus on service excellence in a growing dental practice environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Time management required.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in line with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist Manager with additional tasks as assigned.
