Aspen Dental in Leesburg, FL is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager, performing daily scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection, plus participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role.

You will provide compassionate patient service, balance deposits, and support efforts to build trust and loyalty with patients. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork within a welcoming culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per patient needs and regulations.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
