Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front-office operations at our Brentwood, MO practice. You’ll join a four-week training program, handle appointment scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payments, while delivering compassionate patient service.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and attention to detail. Eligible candidates should be at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; organize charts; verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card payments.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
