Aspen Dental is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team in a front office role. You will report to the Manager and perform daily tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients, including a four-week training program to succeed in the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
