Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will support daily tasks, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and process payments while delivering warm, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Good time management skills required.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
