Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in the Vestal, NY region to manage front-desk operations, scheduling, and patient communications. You will ensure a welcoming patient experience and coordinate with the dental team to keep processes running smoothly.

The role includes training through our four-week program and involves handling deposits, insurance verifications, and payment collections while maintaining compliance with policy and regulatory standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Mansioni

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
