Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our world‑class team. In this full‑time role you’ll perform daily front office tasks, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, and help create lasting impressions and loyalty with patients after a four‑week training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
