Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator in Hopkinsville, KY. You will perform daily front office tasks, scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment processing to deliver compassionate patient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage calendars.
• Organize patient charts and verify insurance information.
• Assist with payment collection and balance nightly deposits.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
