Job summary

USPI Theda Oaks Gastro and Endo Center is seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time role. The position supports patient check-in, paperwork processing, demographic updates, and front-desk operations.

You will handle payments, assist with billing, and answer calls to keep the clinic running smoothly. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hospital/medical office experience, knowledge of Joint Commission standards, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years hospital or medical office experience.
• Familiar with Joint Commission standards.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional appearance and excellent phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork.
• Update patient demographics in the system.
• Collect monies due and document in billing system.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries.
• Maintain orderly front desk and lobby areas.
