• Greet patients and visitors in person and over the phone.
• Verify patient insurance prior to appointments and assist with questions.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments; communicate scheduling needs.
• Enter data into the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with care teams and other departments as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
