Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front-office team. You will help create lasting impressions with patients, handle appointment scheduling, chart organization, insurance verification, and payment collection. A four-week training program supports you to succeed in your role.

You will report to the Manager and contribute to a friendly, collaborative environment that emphasizes service, accuracy, and patient trust at our Aspen Dental practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per patient needs and policies.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and collect payments.
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
